Nemechek Earns KCAC Swimmer of the Month Honor

WICHITA, Kan. – Mya Nemechek of Midland University was named the KCAC Women's Swimmer of the Month, the conference office announced Thursday. She was selected for her performances from November 5-December 9 by a vote of conference sports information directors.

Nemechek, a sophomore from Goodland, Kansas, achieved the NAIA "B" Cut in three events at the Warrior Invitational in early December. Nemechek's 50 Yard Freestyle time from the Warrior Invitational ranks 16th in NAIA.
