Bio

Laskey joined the staff with head coach Chris Burks in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the program.

Laskey's coaching career includes stops at Iowa Wesleyan University (2020-2021) and Friends University (2022-2024), where she served as an assistant coach. During her tenure at Iowa Wesleyan, she also stepped in as the interim head coach midseason. A former standout player at Southwestern College, Laskey earned her degree in Business Administration in 2020. She furthered her education by obtaining a master's degree in Leadership and Athletic Administration from Iowa Wesleyan (2022).

While playing at Southwestern, she was coached by Coach Burks who witnessed her dedication to the game. In addition to coaching collegiate athletes, Coach Laskey has coached at the grassroots level with the Oklahoma City Thunder Youth Basketball program in Oklahoma City, as well as the College Coaches Skills Camp in Wichita, Kansas.
