Bio

Erin Sibbald was hired as the director of dance and the head coach during the summer of 2022. Prior to taking the leadership role in the Midland program, she spent two years coaching at Iowa Western Community College (2016-2018) and another two seasons as an assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Erin acquired her bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and Exercise Science from Midland (‘15). She was on the dance team for all four years. During this time, she was a part of teams that won several NDA National Competitions. She was on the 2013 NDA NAIA Team Routine National Champions and the 2015 NDA DIII Hip Hop National Champions. She was named the MVP in 2015.
