Bio

Jason White was named the Director of Hockey prior to the 2022-23 season. He has served as the head women’s hockey coach since 2017.

Before coming to Midland, White was an important asset to the hockey community in Fremont as he spent six years as the rink manager at Sider Ice Area. In his most recent coaching stint, White was the program director and head coach of the Omaha AAU U18 Team from 2006-11.

Before becoming a head coach, White enjoyed a four-year playing career at the University of Nebraska-Omaha from 1997-2001. After his playing days, he served as an assistant coach for the Mavericks for two years from 2001-03.

White graduated from UNO in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He and his wife, Ashley, have two daughters; Emerson and Blakely.
