Bio

Keith Kramme has served as Midland University’s Director of Athletic Student Achievement since 2015. Kramme is the primary liaison between the Midland academic and athletic departments.

As a member of the Athletic Department Leadership Team, Kramme works closely with the entire athletic department to ensure department team members receive important information about academic policies, procedures, and best practices for Midland’s student-athletes.  

Kramme was the head softball coach at Midland from 1995-2015. During his 20 years as head coach, Kramme produced an overall record of 533-498-1. Under his guidance, the Warriors advanced to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) National Championship Tournament on three separate occasions (2003, 2010, and 2011). Midland won back-to-back Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Regular Season Championships and GPAC Tournament Championships in 2003 and 2004.

Since joining the Midland staff in 1992, Kramme has held several titles at the university, including Sports Information Director, Assistant Athletic Director, Athletic Director, Director of Retention and Compliance, and Head Softball Coach. He is also the Chairperson for the Warrior Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee.

Kramme, a Midland alumnus, graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He and his wife, Lisa, have been married since 1987. They live in Fremont, Nebraska and have two grown children.
