Bio

Larry Munn, '64, participated in football, baseball, and wrestling at Midland Lutheran College. As a four-year letterman in football as an offensive lineman, he earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors in 1961 and First Team All-Conference honors in 1962 and 1963. In addition, he earned All-America honors in 1963. The Warriors posted a 26-5-1 overall record during Munn's four years and won the Tri-State Conference Championship twice. Munn was selected as team captain in 1963. In baseball, Munn was a catcher and led the team in hitting in 1961. The Warriors won two Tri-State Conference Championships from 1961-1964. He received the Petrow Award in 1964. Munn is a retired teacher and coach. He is inducted into the Warrior Athletic Hall of Fame for his outstanding athletic accomplishments.
