Bio

Bill King, '87, participated in basketball and track at Midland Luther College. His basketball stats include 1,111 career points, a 13.1 point-per-game average, 262 career rebounds, and 215 career assists. He was selected first-team All-Conference for the 1986-87 season. Bill is the 15th all-time scorer in Midland basketball history. In track, Bill's triple jump of 50'6.75" is a Midland record. He was selected All-American in track in 1987. Bill is active in the Omaha community organizing social and athletic events. He credits Midland for his understanding of human behavior and skills to survive in society. Bill is inducted into the Midland Warrior Athletic Hall of Fame for his outstanding athletic and community achievements.
