Bio
Thomas Hale, ’76, was involved in numerous extracurricular activities as a student at Midland College; however, it was his successful involvement in Midland athletics that is perhaps best remembered. Thomas competed at the intercollegiate level in football, basketball, and track, earning letters in all three sports. He was a member of the undefeated 1974 Warrior Football team and received first-team honors on the NIAC All-Conference team during his senior year. For his outstanding contributions to the Warrior athletic program, Thomas was named the 1976 Petrow Award recipient. Since his graduation from Midland, Thomas has continued his successful record in the medical profession. He currently serves as an emergency physician at Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton, California, and is chairman of the hospital’s governing board. He is inducted into the Midland Warrior Athletic Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding accomplishments as a Midland student-athlete and his continued success since graduation.
