Jeff Draemel, ’70, exhibits the kind of humility and integrity that the College is proud to honor.  Jeff is a Petrow Award recipient and member of the 1,000-Point Club who participated in basketball, baseball, and golf.  He was a business administration major who achieved success in the financial management field.  Jeff’s commitment to the community is evident in his participation in Big Brothers, Big Sisters, the Midland Booster Club, and the Kappa Phi Alumni Association.  His all-around leadership, both academic and in extra-curricular activities, is reflected in his membership in Blue Key Honor Society.  Perhaps the comment that best reflects Jeff’s humility is his statement, “When your father is also the head basketball coach at Midland, he will insist on being the greatest influence on your life.  When your father is My Draemel, you accept that influence with pride and joy.”  Jeff Draemel is a deserving recipient of the Hall of Fame honor.
