Bio

Tricia Martin Bolton, '92, was a four-year letter winner in softball. Behind the pitching and hitting of Bolton, Midland captured the NAIA District 11 Tournament championship in 1992. Bolton pitched in, and won, all three games of that tournament and she hit a home run in the championship game. In 1990, '91, and '92, Bolton earned First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District honors. She was named Conference and District Player of the Year in '92. At the conclusion of her playing career, Bolton held 26 hitting and pitching school records. After graduation from Midland, Bolton coached junior high and high school softball, both as an assistant coach and as a head coach. She also served as an assistant volleyball and basketball coach. Bolton is an elementary teacher in Osceola, Iowa. She is inducted into the Warrior Athletic Hall of Fame for her outstanding athletic accomplishments.
