Denkert, a junior from Kenesaw, Nebraska, was a workhorse for the Warriors’ in their win over Clarke on Friday. In the backfield, he carried the ball 18 times for 174 yards and two touchdowns. As a kick and punt returner, he added 132 more yards with a pair of kickoff returns and two punt returns including one that he returned all the way for another touchdown.
