Brooklynn Snyder, a freshman from Bennington, Neb., and the GPAC Freshman of the Year capped her stellar first season with 20 kills and a .275 hitting percentage in the Warrior's 3-1 loss to 11th-ranked IU Kokomo. Snyder also won the AVCA West Central Region Freshman of the Year and honorable mention all-region accolades.

Zander Livingston, a senior from Kansas City Missouri, won one of three gold medals for Midland in the Warrior Invitational over the weekend. He finished first in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:03.50, almost two seconds in front of second place. Livingston also earned a second place finish in the 100 yard breaststroke while helping the Warriors to silver medal finishes in the 200 and 400 yard medley relays.
